Base Plan
A less costly dental plan that provides a lower level of benefits, with orthodontia for covered children only.
Premier Plan
A dental plan that provides higher benefits, including orthodontia for covered children and adults.

Find a network dentist
You may choose to see any in- or out-of-network dentist you’d like, but you’ll generally pay less when you stay in network. Visit the Guardian website to find an in-network provider near you.
