Enroll in health and insurance benefits
You have 31 days from your date of eligibility or effective date to enroll in your PGTI health and insurance benefits. If you do not take action, you won’t have coverage. Your next opportunity to enroll in benefits will be during our annual 2024 Enrollment, held each year in the fall, unless you experience a qualifying life event, such as a birth, adoption, marriage, or divorce.
Who can enroll in PGTI benefits?
All full-time employees are eligible for PGTI’s health care, life, and disability insurance benefits 90 days after hire. Eligible dependents can also receive coverage.
Your eligible dependents include:
- Spouse or domestic partner (same or opposite gender)
- Your child(ren) and your covered spouse’s or domestic partner’s child(ren) up to age 26
- Disabled children who became disabled on or before age 26
